Precious Nuggets

"The Precious Nuggets (including St. Sebastian Annie Edson Taylor Queen of the Night – also part of the St. Sebastian series) - their surfaces teeming with viral information - were conceived as the corollary effluvia from the process of depicting the eruption of one thing from another which defined the content of the Great Expectorations painting/collage series. Most of the PN sculptures were built on the negative-space expandable foam packing material from boxes of veterinary supplies acquired during the final years of adopted racing greyhounds Albert and Reyna. St. Sebastian Annie Edson Taylor Queen of the Night is in parta portrait of Reyna."
